How XSH series works?

The sand washing and recycling machine has functions of sand washing, dehydration, and sand recycling. The sand washing and recycling machine is a machine that enters the sand water mixture into the cleaning tank, separates it through an impeller separator, and then enters the lower sand recycling machine for dehydration treatment. The wastewater overflowing from the cleaning pool (containing a large amount of impurities such as fine sand, mud, dust, etc.) is transported to the high-pressure separator through a vacuum high-pressure pump to separate the fine sand after centrifuging. After concentrating, it is discharged into the upper layer of the sand recycling machine through a sand settling nozzle. After cleaning, the wastewater, mud, dust, and impurities in the cleaning tank are discharged into the high-level return water tank through the overflow port of the high-pressure separator. The upper finished material produces coarse sand, while the lower finished material produces fine sand, or a mixture of coarse and fine sand. （The product can be adjusted as needed）
